Every stamped and decorative project we handle starts with a free on-site assessment from a senior concrete consultant. The consultant photographs the work area, identifies anything not visible from the original homeowner description, and writes a scope sheet that becomes the basis for the written bid.

What every project includes.

• Permit pull and final inspection when required by the municipality. We handle the paperwork and scheduling.
• Materials to spec from established Michigan suppliers. We do not substitute lower-grade materials to hit a price point.
• Code compliance with current Michigan Building Code and applicable local requirements.
• Workmanship warranty of 5 to 10 years standard, depending on the project type. Specifics on every written bid.
• Cleanup at end of every workday and full site sweep at project completion.
• Walk-through with you before final payment.
